About
This guide is designed to help you configure maintenance windows and approve critical and optional updates for your AutoPilot Deployments.
The Autopilot Interface can be found at https://autopilot.jetrails.com.
Configuring a Maintenance Window and Handling Updates
Maintenance Windows and Updates are set individually in the Settings tab inside each deployment of an organization.
To get to a deployment's Settings tab from the Organization screen, navigate to the Deployments tab and click on the deployment you would like to configure.
Once inside the Deployment screen, click on the Settings tab (Arrow 1):
From here, you have access to the Maintenance Window (Arrow 2) and Updates (Arrow 3) sections.
You can use the dropdown menu in the Maintenance Window section to specify times when you would like Autopilot updates and patches to be installed.
Once the Maintenance Window has been set, you can approve or reject updates and patches by clicking on the red x (Reject) or green check mark (Approve) under the Updates section.
When an update has been approved, the status for the update will change to 'Pending', then 'Completed' once the update has been implemented. When an update has been rejected, its status will change to 'Rejected', and the update will not be applied.
