What's New?
Our new help center boasts several enhancements to make your support journey smoother than ever before:
- User-Friendly Interface: Navigate through our intuitive interface, making it easier to find the information you need.
- Knowledge Base: Access to announcements, articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and tutorials to address common issues and questions. While this is currently limited, this will continue to grow and improve over time.
- Streamlined Ticketing System: Submit and track support requests with enhanced efficiency, ensuring your concerns are addressed promptly.
- Personalized Recommendations: Receive tailored suggestions based on your request history and preferences, facilitating proactive problem-solving.
How to Get Started:
- Explore the Knowledge Base: Search for answers to your questions in our knowledge base. There are limited articles currently available, however, this will grow in time to help answer common questions.
- Submit a Request: If you can't find the answer you need, don't worry! Simply submit a support request via any of the "Submit a request" links, and our dedicated team will assist you promptly.
- Viewing Requests: Once you're logged you can see any requests created in the new Help Center under your user's drop-down via the Requests option.

Accessing the Help Center:
To access our new help center, simply visit https://support.jetrails.com or click the "eBoundHost Help Center" link in the existing portal.
Submitting a request requires being signed in. You'll notice a few different options for signing in.
- The "Continue with JetRails Account" uses single sign-on (SSO) via the JetRails Portal (https://support.jetrails.com). This is a secure and easy method using your original account with the JetRails Portal to access the new Help Center. It is only recommended to use this option if you are the primary account holder.
- Using a Help Center account is ideal for additional contacts, sub-users, developers, and partners. If you don't already have an account, use the "Sign up" link next to "New to JetRails?".
