Canceling a product is easy and can be accomplished through your Jetrails portal. The portal can be accessed at https://portal.jetrails.com
Canceling a Product
1. Log into the customer portal.
2. Navigate to the "Services" or "Domains" section depending on the type of product you are managing.
3. A list of the products for the category will be presented, including the current status of the product.
4. Select an active product by clicking on the product (not the domain).
5. Select "Request Cancellation" from the left side Actions menu.
6. Briefly describe the reason for cancelation and select the Cancelation Type.
7. You will see a success message if the cancelation request is successful.
8. The product status will remain active until the request is processed. Once the request is processed, the status will be Canceled.
