Legacy Tickets
Tickets opened in the previous support system are not accessible in the new Help Center.
To view tickets from the legacy system please navigate to Menu > View Legacy Tickets.
You can also view them directly via https://portal.jetrails.com/supporttickets.php
Please note, that any updates or changes to tickets in the legacy support system will not be received by our team. Please ensure all new requests are submitted via the new Help Center.

Tickets opened in the new Help Center are visible under your Account > Requests or directly via https://support.jetrails.com/hc/en-us/requests
